Allahs.w.t says in Surah Mulk verse number 2, He(Allah), Who has created death and life that He might test you, as to whose work, is excellent among you. And He is the Esteemed one the Forgiving. Regarding the question why Allah(swt) has created us to test in first place, I think we should not go that far.. We cannot question Allah's wisdom.

T The Pen. Attributing a form to Allah Subhanahu wa Taʿala is haram (prohibited). It is not possible to grasp the entity of Allah (swt), because "there is none comparable unto Him," (Ikhlas, 112:4) and "vision comprehends Him not." (Anʿam, 6:103) Mind can only comprehend those which are material; however, Allah (swt) is not material.

Humanreproduction, as science tells us, happens in many different and unique stages. Did not the Qur'an mention this:-. " God created you in stages " ( 71:4) " (God) creates you inside the bodies of your mothers, in stages, one after another" ( 39:6) The starting point in human reproduction is sexual intercourse.
Answer Praise be to Allah. Firstly: Allaah created Adam (peace be upon him) from the earth i.e., from what it contains. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): "Thereof (the earth) We created you, and into it We shall return you, and from it We shall bring you out once again". [Ta-Ha 20:55]
Hereyou can read various translations of verse 8. Sahih International. And We created you in pairs. Yusuf Ali. And (have We not) created you in pairs, Abul Ala Maududi. and created you in pairs (as men and women), Muhsin Khan. And We have created you in pairs (male and female, tall and short, good and bad, etc.). Rememberingthat Allah gives and takes, and also provides us all with what is best, this particular verse can help those improve their levels of hope when it seems like all is lost. 8) "Do what is beautiful.
